Description
Very nice Omega Speedmaster ref. 145.022-69 with “Tropical Dial” in completely original condition from 1970. The case and the original DON bezel are overall in very nice condition showing expected signs of wear for a nearly 50-year-old watch. The dial has developed a stunning deep chocolate brown tone and is in mint condition (correct serial range for this natural color change) The hands set is also in very good condition. There is a number professionally engraved on the case back but I wasn´t able to find out why. The service history is unknown, but my watchmaker has just inspected the movement (cal. 861) and it is running well in all functions. The watch will be accompanied by the so called “Extract of the Archives” from Omega and an additional leather strap with an original Omega pin buckle.
